l\u2019\u00e9tablissement les moyens de mettre en \u0153uvre son projet \u00e9ducatif et pastoral.<\/p><p><b>Responsable de la gestion \u00e9conomique, financi\u00e8re et sociale de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement, l\u2019OGEC exerce cette fonction en tenant compte du projet d\u2019\u00e9tablissement, du Statut de l\u2019Enseignement Catholique, et des orientations de l\u2019autorit\u00e9 de tutelle (Congr\u00e9gation des S\u0153urs de Saint-Joseph de Cluny).<\/b><\/p><p><b>L\u2019OGEC est une association loi 1901 qui fonctionne en s\u2019appuyant sur des b\u00e9n\u00e9voles.<\/b><\/p><p>La structure associative de l\u2019OGEC repose sur l\u2019existence d\u2019un bureau et d\u2019un conseil d\u2019administration.<\/p><p>L\u2019OGEC adh\u00e8re \u00e0 l\u2019Union R\u00e9gionale appel\u00e9e UROGEC, laquelle accompagne les OGEC et les Chefs d\u2019\u00e9tablissement dans la gestion de leur structure.<\/p><p>L\u2019OGEC est membre \u00e0 part pratique, c\u2019est le Chef d\u2019\u00e9tablissement, qui apr\u00e8s d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de pouvoirs et en accord avec le conseil d\u2019administration, recrute le personnel et en assure le management.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #266eb5;\"><b>Assurer la gestion financi\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement<\/b><\/span><\/p><p>L\u2019OGEC garantit la vie mat\u00e9rielle et financi\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement. Il d\u00e9lib\u00e8re sur le budget et en arr\u00eate les modalit\u00e9s d\u2019application, en suit r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement l\u2019ex\u00e9cution, fixe le montant des contributions, des participations des familles, les prix de la restauration\u2026<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #266eb5;\"><b>\u00catre le garant de l\u2019entretien du patrimoine mobilier et immobilier<\/b><\/span><\/p><p>L\u2019OGEC a la charge de l\u2019entretien des b\u00e2timents scolaires, de leur am\u00e9lioration ou extension. Il d\u00e9cide de proc\u00e9der aux travaux et aux achats de mat\u00e9riels. orientations de l\u2019autorit\u00e9 de tutelle (Congr\u00e9gation des S\u0153urs de Saint-Joseph de Cluny).<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><b>L\u2019OGEC est une association loi 1901 qui fonctionne en s\u2019appuyant sur des b\u00e9n\u00e9voles.<\/b><\/p><p>La structure associative de l\u2019OGEC repose sur l\u2019existence d\u2019un bureau et d\u2019un conseil d\u2019administration.<\/p><p>L\u2019OGEC adh\u00e8re \u00e0 l\u2019Union R\u00e9gionale appel\u00e9e UROGEC, laquelle accompagne les OGEC et les Chefs d\u2019\u00e9tablissement dans la gestion de
